INTEGRATED ELIGIBILITY LIST OF THE INCUMBENTS HOLDING THE POST INCLUDED IN SUBORDINATE STATISTICAL SERVICE

 

Government of India constituted the Subordinate Statistical Service (SSS) vide it’s notification dt. 12th Feb, 2002 and subsequently amended vide Notification dt. 4th April, 2003 by encompassing 3894 Group B/C Statistical Function posts present in 40 different Ministries/Departments/Organisations of Government of India.

 

2.         The action on the upgradation of the exercise of initial constitution of the service as per Rule VIII of the SSS Rule 2002.  The provisional integrated eligibility list of the incumbents holding the post included in the SSS was prepared.  The provisional Integrated Eligibility List of the incumbents holding the post included in SSS in the pay scale of Rs.5500-9000 was circulated to all the participating Ministries/Departments/Organisations vide this Ministry’s OM dt.  11th June 2002, as the stay in OA 1674/2002 was disposed off by the Hon’ble Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, the other two provisional integrated eligibility lists of the incumbents holding the post included in SSS in the pay scale of Rs. 5000-8000 and Rs. 6500-10500 were circulated to all the participating Ministries/Departments/Organisations vide this Ministry’s OM No.12012/1/2002-SSS dt. 20.2.2003.  These lists were circulated to participating Ministries/Departments/Organisations in order to receive any representation/comment/any other issue related to the list from the concerned incumbents.

 

3.         The Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) after considering the representations/comments thereon, updated the circulated list and the updated integrated eligibility lists of the incumbents holding the posts included in SSS in the scale of Rs 5000-8000/5500-9000/6500-10500 were circulated to all participating Ministries/ Departments/Organisations vide this Ministry OM  NO. 12012/1/2002-SSS dated 20.10.2003 for information to the Administrative Ministry and the concerned incumbents.

 

4.                 The copies of Integrated eligibility lists are available with the respective administrative Ministries and all the concerned incumbents may contact their Administrative Ministry to see the said list.
