Established in 1967, Computer Centre is headed by Additional Director General.
Computer Centre performs the following functions :-
- Design, Development and Maintenance of the Ministry’s website, Data Catalogue & CPI Web Portal.
- Dissemination of reports and Statistics produced by the Ministry as per the best practices including the International Household Survey Network (IHSN ) framework and SDMX (Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange) guidelines as applicable.
- Facilitating NIC Cloud Services for hosting and maintenance of the applications / portals of Ministry.
